A blackout has been created for a SQL Server agent.
However the "DBSS_Unavailable" rule still fires, whenever the database refreshes during the time the blackout is in place on the agent.
Using the "Blackout Configuration" dashboard, apply a blackout on the "DBSS_Database" model and select the database, which is being refreshed.
Steps to perform:
1. Navigate to "Administration | Setup & Support | Blackout Configuration".
2. Select "Create a Scheduled Blackout".
3. Select "Suspend Alarms" and click "Next".
4. Select "Advanced Search (All Types)" and click "Next".
5. Expand "DBSS_Database".
6. Select one or more of the databases, that are being refreshed and click "Next".
7. Select a schedule, that reflects the database refresh schedule and click "Next".
8. Type in a Blackout name and click "Finish".
