The "Health Check" report has been run for the last one week. The report shows 100% availabilty for the whole week for all databases.
During the same period of time, one of the databases was shutdown for a planned maintenance.
Why does the report still show 100% availability?
The time range on the "Health Check" report is 7 days. Because of the charts' aggregation, the exact minutes when the database was down are not reflected on the chart itself.
For the availability chart to show "zero", change the time range to "1 hour" on the date the database went down:
As an example: Sunday(12-08-2012) between 22:30 and 23:30.
