Can the Toad Advisor be improved, so that some connection tests would be included in it?
Some of these additions would include…
-Server ping
-Database tnsping
-TNSnames.ora file check-OCI client file check
-Oracle client and Toad version 32bit/64bit mismatch
-LDAP server check
