Get "Toad Data Point Pro has stopped working" error and Toad crashes when typing in Editor. (4242595)

Able to connect to database, see tables, etc. but unable to see data or create simple SQL without Toad crashing. Can open a new SQL Editor window, but as soon as a letter is typed i.e. the first 'S' in 'Select', it errors with "Toad Data Point Pro has stopped working". Connecting to Informix via 32 bit ODBC...connection seems to work fine.

Informix ODBC driver is old.

Use a different Informix ODBC driver. One that is a newer version.
