When doing a large search how can the results be copied in their entirety to a custom mailbox? (4242468)

When doing a search, and then attempting to add the results to a custom mailbox, the results can only be added one page at a time.

This is by design. Custom mailboxes are used to select certain items and place messages in that are relevant. It was not designed for storage of large search results.

STATUS:
Enhancement Request ST73391 has been created on this problem, and development is currently exploring options for allowing this functionality in a future release.

WORKAROUND:
Use the Save Search functionality to save large searches for use at a later time.
Saving your search is the same thing as adding the result set into a custom mailbox.
The search will appear on the left panel the same way as the custom mailbox appears.
