Description
After switching from a non-ORG license to an ORG license, there are settings missing in Control Panel

Cause
Any setting that affects all of the ORGs has been moved to the System Login page
Only settings that affect an individual ORG will be displayed in the control panel of that ORG

Resolution
Login to the System Web UI can be done by going to :
https://your_Kace_url/system
Once logged in, go to Control Panel, where the rest of the settings that affect KACE across all ORGs can be seen
