WIM image never finishes to capture and times out
Description

When attempting to capture a WIM Image, the capture process starts but never finishes the capture of the WIM
Cause

If the KACE Systems Management Appliance is getting many repeated TFTP requests per second for filenames that are unrelated to KACE, this can cause a problem
This is normally an issue caused by another 3rd Party product/Device that may have nothing to do with Imaging
These requests can be seen in: Settings | Appliance Logs | TFTP Transfer Log
There the requests per second for a file name un-related to KACE
Resolution

Stop the 3rd Party Product from sending these requests to KACE, either by re-configuring it, shutting it down or blocking it on the network
