Get "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error refreshing Database Explorer after creat

After creating a procedure in the Database Explorer, when I refresh it, I get an "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for DB2.
