Get "The Add-in 'Dell Toad Add-in' failed to load or caused an exception." message launching SSMS
Description
When launching SQL Server Management Studios (SSMS), the following error is returned.
"The Add-in 'Dell Toad Add-in' failed to load or caused an exception."
If the user clicks 'No', it takes them into SSMS.
If they clicks Yes, then they get an error saying, "Could not rename Add-in file "C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins\Dell.ToadSSMSAddin2012.Addin'". When they click OK to this, it takes them into SSMS.

This issue is fixed in Toad for SQL Server 6.8.1. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.

Additional Information
In SSMS, if user right clicks on a database in the list and gets a message saying, "cannot set unknown member", un-install Toad for SQL Server 6.8 and re-install it without the SSMS add-in. Use the .msi file, instead of the .exe file, to get the option to not install with SSMS add-in.
