Extracting document-level attachments from Notes documents (4241665)

How to extract document-level attachments from Notes documents?

It is possible to have a Notes document (especially an older Notes document, or one that was created by some automated process or third party tool) that has attachments that are not part of any rich text field. We refer to the later as "document-level attachments".

1. Open the Migrator for Notes to SharePoint Designer
2. Select the Notes tab and click Edit
3. Select the Data Fields tab
4. Click Add
5. Choose Attachment from the drop menu for ColumnType
6. Choose AllAttachments (This will allow for any document level attachments or attachments in Rich Text fields.  If you only want Document Level attachments you can choose this option from the drop menu.)
7. Select the SharePoint tab and click Edit
8. Select the Data Fields tab and click Load from Source Fields
9. Verify Attachments is listed and click OK
10. Select the Map Data tab
11. Click Auto Map
12. Run the job and verify results
