Getting extra window each time database connection is established -
Description
Whenever I make a new database connection and the SQL editor window opens, a separate, blank window appears on top of my TOAD desktop. It is in the top left corner of Toad and has a tab that says 'Output'. In my Taskbar, the new window does appear as a separate TOAD session but I cannot click on it, close it, etc.

Resolution
Upgrade to the newest version of Toad for Oracle.
