BlackBerry Message delivery health test fails with the following error:
"The following address could not be resolved: =SMTP:UserName@Domain.com. Ensure the mailbox exists."

Cause
This can occur if the Spotlight on Messaging server has Microsoft Outlook installed. The test message in this test is sent from the source mailbox via MAPI. Outlook is not a supported MAPI Provider.

Resolution
Uninstall Microsoft Outlook and install the latest version of the MAPI-CDO client from Microsoft.
