Corporate Exchange At a Glance Page displays "Error Unexpected error while attempting to read the (4241179)

When trying to access the Corporate Exchange At a Glance page in the MessageStats Web Reporting console  the following error is displayed "Error Unexpected error while attempting to read the database"

There is a problem processing one of the report parts added to your Corporate Exchange At a Glance page. 

The user defined parts for this page are configured in an xml file.  To remove this you will need to edit this file in notepad and remove the entry for the report causing the problem.  This error would normally display itself after a recent modification to the content of this page.  Start by removing the most recently added report parts.

1. Make a backup copy of "<website path>\MessageStatsReports\Reports\_Parts\_parts.xml"
2. Open "<website path>\MessageStatsReports\Reports\_Parts\_parts.xml" in notepad
3. Ensure the WordWrap function of notepad is not enabled
4. Locate the line associated with the report you are going to remove. This line will begin with "<wr:includepart name="ExchangeMessagesAtAGlance"" and will have a display name to identify the report.
5. Select the entire line, and delete it.
6. Save the file
7. Refresh your MessageStats Web Reports console to view the Corporate Exchange at a Glance page.
8. If the issue persists, repeat steps 4 through 7, until the Corporate Exchange at a Glance page displays properly.
9. Close "<website path>\MessageStatsReports\Reports\_Parts\_parts.xml"
