Diagnostic Console is reporting very high IMAP Latency and 0 IMAP connections.

This information is retreived from the MSExchangeImap4\Average Command Processing Time (milliseconds)(_total) performance counter on the Exchange Client Access Server.

Validate the Information Displayed in the Diagnostic Console :

1. On the Spotlight On Messaging server open Perfmon
2. Click the "Add Counter" button
3. In the Select Counters Box type \\<ServerName>
4. Select the "MSExchangeImap4\Average Command Processing Time (milliseconds)" counter
5. Select the "_Total" instance
6. Add the counter and close the window.
7. Verify that the Spotlight On Messaging Diagnostic console is reporting the same number that is displayed in the native Perfmon tool.

WorkAround:

1. In the Spotlight On Messaging Diagnostic Console connect to the server in question
2. Right Click on the IMAP Latency guage and select Metrics
3. Click the Thresholds Tab
4. Check the box labled "Disabled" and uncheck any remaining boxes.
5. Click "OK"

This will Continue to display the value from the performance counter but will not cause the server to diplay in error. It would be recommened to then investigate why he performance counter is publishing a very high value.
