After upgrading to version 10.x, all backups using the pre-installed agent are now failing.
The agent version is an older version than the installed version of the RMAD console.
As of version 10.x, the console version and the backup agent versions are no longer backwards compatible.
The two versions must match, and when the console is upgraded, the pre-installed agents must also be upgraded before backups are taken.
