com.quest.agent.exc.ExchangeAgentImpl - Could not establish a connection to host (4240519)

Following error is thrown when activating the Exchange agent:

ECHO    ERROR [Quartz[0]-74] com.quest.agent.exc.ExchangeAgentImpl - Could not establish a connection to host : hostname.

ECHO    ERROR [Quartz[0]-74] com.quest.agent.exc.ExchangeAgentImpl - Data collection failure.
...
com.quest.glue.api.services.NoCredentialsException: Could not establish a connection to host : hostname

All prerequisites were followed and no errors when running the Exchange powershell scripts.

To fix the issue follow the steps below:

1. Go to "Exchange Environment | Administration" tab
2. Click on the "Private Properties" for hostname
3. Click "Next" to go to "Assign and Validate Credentials"
4. Verify there is a credential displayed in there, if not add a credential
5. If credential is already displayed/linked, please re-type the password
6. Click "Next | Finish"
7. Now start data collection again
