Cannot add, remove or edit security on workflow disabled GPOs
Description
When attempting to add, remove or edit the security filtering or advanced delegation of a workflow disabled GPO, the changes do not take effect. It appears to work, but the live environment never reflects this change.

WORKAROUND
There is no workaround, you will need to edit these in GPMC. Since workflow disabled objects use live GPMC permissions, this should be possible with current permissions.
