Description
Customers may request to have the data from a search exported to a spreadsheet for reporting.

Cause
The results of a search cannot be exported to an MS Excel spreadsheet.

Workaround:
The workaround is to use the Archive Manager search export tool located on the download tools section of the Admin Website.
Once this is installed on a workstation, you can export the search out to HTML and provide this document rather than a spreadsheet, or import it into Excel.
