We are having an issue viewing CSR tasks from Stat Web Client. The tasks were NOT viewable through the CSR in the web client, in edit mode.The tasks were viewable through the CSR in the web client, in read-only mode.
The tasks were viewable through the CSR in the desktop client, in both modes.All tasks seemed viewable through the personal/global queries (just not "through the CSR).
Dirty cache files on Stat Server host.
RESOLUTION:
1. Stop the stat agent
2. Delete the tmp and work folder from $STAT_HOME\app\server\default
3. Restart the stat agent
