How to create a CSR Type Template to match data for the Description and Resolution tabs
Description
Customer has an existing CSR Type Template with some text in the Description Tab and want that same text appear in the Resolution tab as well. How to do so?
Resolution
SOLUTION:
1. Create a second CSR Type Code (with the same name as your existing CSR Type Template).
2. Choose Desc Type = Resolution and provide a Description.
3. Click Apply button to save.
4. Click on Template button to enter the information that is identical from the Description tab and then click apply then OK.
