Errors may be received in Event Viewer stating the following:
ERROR: XmlTextWriter.Create.CreateUnbufferedHandleStream:
[80070003] The system cannot find the path specified.
Archive Manager cannot see the Archive Manager Attachment Directory
Archive Manager cannot see the Archive Manager Attachment Directory because it is listed as a UNC path in the Configuration Editor and/or Storage Location Table in SQL
Please open the Archive Manager Database and open up Query Analyzer.
Use the Archive Manager Database.
Do a select * from storagelocation and execute the command.
The path will be a UNC, it should be a local file path on the Archive Manager server unless otherwise specified during setup.
Change the entry from UNC to local file path... ie D:\ArchiveManager\Data
Restart the Archive Manager ESM service and the Data Loader service.
