Message corruption or Notes Client RTF export functions may be to blame, the message may still migrate regardless of this warning.
Open the Notes client and source mail box, enable the Address toolBar in Notes and enter the message ID as described in the log file I.E: notes:///C12567A7004DB575//39E7416145061405C125793C004E76AE
This will show the message and you can check for any strange content, it could be a large attachment that cannot be exported or something wrong with the formatting.
To change the behaviour of the Notes Migrator RTF export, add the following to the Global default settings via Edit | Global Default Settings from the Notes Migrator GUI.

and task items the Wizard should pass through Microsoft’s rich-text converter—
which in many cases will refine the exported compound document format from
Notes’ own converter. The parameter value must be one of these digits:

1: Mail Only 5: Mail + Tasks
2: Appts Only 6: Appts + Tasks
3: Mail + Appts 7: Mail + Appts + Tasks
