Can a data compare file (DCP) be modified to reflect a password change? -
Description
If the password to a database is changed after a data compare file (DCP) has been created using that database, the DCP file can not longer be used. When trying to open the DCP file, after the password has been changed, an Ora-01017 error is returned saying it has an incorrect password. After the error, it seems to open the file, but it is blank and the "Change Comparison Wizard" icon is grayed out, so users cannot go into the wizard and change the password. Is there a way to change the password for a connection in a DCP file? -
