Description
When trying to start up the ESM service after a fresh installation of Archive Manager, the following error is received:
MAPI.FolderCrawler.Manager: [2787286892-2056385102-0-0x0]
Data Load service has not set Home Time Zone Information; waiting.
ESM Service will not start as a result. -
Cause
The Data Load Service has not run

Resolution
1. Stop the ESM Service
2. Start the Data Load service which will set the Home Time Zone value.
3. Start the ESM Service
