Is connection to MariaDB Galera (master-master cluster) and MaxScale (proxy) supported in Toad Data Point?
Resolution

Neither of the products is support and the support is currently not planned (10/2019).
WORKAROUND:
Configure ODBC connection to the node of the cluster and use the ODBC source in Tod Data Point then.
