Sporadically the Spotlight Today window will not show any alarms even though the left hand column shows a number of servers in an alert state.
Spotlight opens directly to Spotlight Today. When it does, alarms are displayed. Then when you come back later to the same open Spotlight Today window, there are now no alarms showing even though there are still alarms. Going to the Heatmap and back rectifies the issue.
WORKAROUND:
Open the Heatmap and go back to Spotlight Today to rectify the issue.
