Workflows migration failing with any or all of the following error messages:
a) Exception thrown: Cannot add content type to list. The parent content type does not exist on the target site.
b) Error: List 'Workflows' does not exist at site with URL 'https://metalogix.sharepoint.com/sites/SiteCollectionName'.
a) Site Collection features adding workflows Content Types are not Active in target SharePoint Site
b) Hidden list 'Workflows' was excluded probably using Content Matrix filtering List and Libraries feature
a) Go to Site Settings > Site Collection Features and enable the 'Workflows' feature which add a set of out-of-box workflow features provided by SharePoint. You can also find Site Collection Features by navigating to the following URL:
https://metalogix.sharepoint.com/sites/SiteCollectionName/_layouts/15/ManageFeatures.aspx?Scope=Site
Note: We suggest checking your source Site Collection Features so they match your target site to prevent errors for Content Types missing since there are other features workflow related:

b) In Content Matrix Console in the Job Configuration wizard check the "Filter Options" tab, if there is any filter applied to Lists and Libraries make sure the list 'Workflows' is included.
