When using the PST Importer, and begin processing messages, the screen is locked. The session is now locked up and the system no longer responds.
This has been identified as a product defect in Archive Manager PST Importer up to and including Archive Manager 4.1.2.
Development is working on the problem.
The Tracking Number for this issue is ST69278
STATUS:
To be fixed in a future version of Archive Manager
WORKAROUND:
1. Do not lock the screen while doing a PST Import
2. Wait for the process to complete, after which the terminal will now respond.
