While using the Search Exporter, and attempting to Export, an error appears telling the user that no client has been installed.
Either there is no Outlook version of the MAPI subsystem present on the system conducting the Export, No profile is configured for Outlook to use, or an unsupported version of Outlook is installed.
1. Ensure you have a supported version of Outlook installed, currently Archive Manager Search Exporter supports the following:
Outlook 2003
Outlook 2007
2. Ensure that a MAPI Profile is configured for Outlook.
