When a valid authorization key is entered into Toad for SQL Server, it works fine. However, when the application is re-opened, the evaluation key is inserted instead of the recently entered authorization key.
Delete the license.key file from the root folder, C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for SQL Server.
Open TOAD for SQL Server and enter the key and site message under Help | Authorization.
