Description
When viewing message in the Archive Manager website, the reply, reply to all, & forward buttons are not present. -
Cause
There is no email address configured for the account that is used to view this message. -
Resolution
Open up the Administration UI for Archive Manager
Click on the Logins Snap In.
Find the users login.
Under Email Address add a valid email address.
Click Update.
The buttons will now be displayed at the top of the message.
