Session Browser refreshes when toggling between tabs, even when refresh button is unchecked (4238206)

I have the refresh option un-checked on the Session Browser window, so I will not lose a bad statement before I am done with it.  When I switch back and forth between the statement and the explain plan it refreshes data and I lose the statement I was on and get explain plan for a different statement in the same session.  Is there a way to turn this off?

WORKAROUND:
Pop the statement in question into the editor (Load in Editor button) if you want it preserved.

STATUS:
Waiting for enhancement to be implemented in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
