Select Access Exchange backups with third-party software, there is no option for Exchange 5.5
Description

If you try to add a storage by selecting From Backups | Access Exchange backups with third-party software, on the Specify Exchange Server Version screen of the Add Storage Wizard, there is no option for Exchange 5.5
Cause

Support for Exchange 5.5 was removed from Recovery Manager for Exchange starting with version 5.5.0
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Install a version of Recovery Manager for Exchange prior to 5.5.0
