Installing Litespeed 8.6.1 with a new format license key fails -
Description
If the existing Litespeed installation has an old format key already registered, and you install the v8.6.1 using the new format key option, the installer fails to complete and rolls back, leaving no Litespeed version installed.
The following error also appears in the Application Event log in the Event Viewer:
'Error 1719. Windows Installer service could not be accessed'
