Changes made in Application User Interface are not shared between coordinators
Description

Changes made in "Application User Interface" are not currently shared amongst coordinators in an installation. In this configuration, customization to the roles must be carried out on each coordinator for consistency.
Cause

This is currently by design.
Resolution

WORKAROUND 1:

Copy the AzManXmlStore.xml (..\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Service)from the coordinator that has the roles configured. Please ensure you backup the existing AzManXmlStore.xml file on the coordinator you are copying to.

WORKAROUND 2:

Configure the roles on each Coordinator to keep the permissions in sync.

STATUS:

Enhancement request VSTS006935 has been submitted for consideration in a future release of Change Auditor.

As per the latest update, this ER has been approved, but not yet fixed.
