Error: "QSA-20382 Unknown architecture type" during Quest Server Agent Installation. (4237584)

All or some of the following error messages are seen during the Quest Server Agent (QSA) installation:

QSA-20382 Unknown architecture type

grep: 0652-033 Cannot open QSA/QSAOSMatch.txt.
OS Match key AIX_ALL_ALL_Oracle_ALL
QSA does not support this platform.

CAUSE 1

Wrong installer binary or unsupported platform.

CAUSE 2

Missing or corrupted QSAOSMatch.txt file.

CAUSE 3

SQLPlus FEEDBACK option is set to ON

WORKAROUND 1

Refer to the Release Notes specific to the QSA version being installed and confirm if the servers platform/version is supported. If it is supported, then verify if the QSA installer binary is the correct one for the platform. Go to SupportLink Downloads section and look for the correct QSA installer specific to the platform.

WORKAROUND 2

In case of a corrupted installation binary, re-download the installer from SupportLink Downloads page and compare the file size. FTP the installer in binary format.After extraction,confirm that the QSAOSMatch.txt is present in the installation directory.

WORKAROUND 3

Temporarily set theOracle SQLPlus default FEEDBACK option to OFF for the installing LiveReorg user and rerun the QSA install.

In addition to that, if there is 'host' command in glogin.sql like [host stty erase ^H], then this issue might happen as well.
