Error: "GPOAdmin service qgpm service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"
Description

When upgrading to version 5.10 (or later), or doing a fresh install, the following error may occur:
"GPOAdmin service qgpm service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"
Resolution

Ensure you have met all of the prerequisites as per the release notes. In particular, that you have installed version .NET 4.5.
