Resolution
The Server Availability report in MessageStats relies on data that is gathered from either a MOM (Microsoft Operations Manager) or SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) database. The ability to connect to, gather and report information from a MOM or SCOM database is being deprecated from MessageStats.
MessageStats Supports up to SCOM 2007
SCOM 2007 R2 and SCOM 2012 will not be supported in any future versions of MessageStats.
