Cause
Possible Cause 1
Update of Binary Tree has been performed Recently and workstation still on older agents.
Possible Cause 2
Network Firewall is blocking the file transfer protocol for the config file to be connected to each other with BT server and workstation.
Possible Cause 3
3rd Party Scanning tool/security tools blocking files to be transferred.

1) Perform Agent update with the document here
1.1) You can refer to the document " Redeploying the Migrator Pro for Active Directory agents after upgrading is recommended in order to take advantage of new features in the new version of Migrator Pro for Active Directory. "2) Review Network Firewall if there is any blocking or traffic drop.
