The Mail Source Agent (MSA) log file, EMWMSA.log, or the Public Folder Source Agent log file, emwpfsa.log, contains the following errors:
CFolder::Synchronize Error -2147024882 There is not enough memory available to perform the operation. - MAPI_E_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY (Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store) File: aeMAPIFolder.cpp Line: 530 (Folder: folder_name, SourceKey: 0B7961D06C097F4BAA81415B93A2877A000001D95EB4)
Mail Export:: Synchronize Content Error 2032 Cannot synchronize messages in the folder folder_name. Messages type 32.
Changing the amount of memory used by the MSA to 250Mb does not clear the error. Checking additional things such as making sure the folder containing the agents was excluded from any anti-virus software and adding the SkipCorruptMessages parameter into the config.ini for the MSA and setting it to 1 (one) does not help.
This may occur if there is a large attachment to an e-mail within the mailbox, or an extremely large distribution list with many members in a public folder.
Remove the large attachment or e-mail from the mailbox, or remove the distribution list in question.
