BlackBerry Users by User Group report returns stale or incorrect data (4235838)

If you run the BlackBerry Users by User Group report there are multiple records returned for each user, one for each group the user is a member of. Some of the records may show stale data, such as an old BES or Mailbox Server entry.

The report is not properly filtering out data that has been marked a deleted.

1. Open SQL Server Management Studio
2. Connect to the SQL server hosting the MessageStats database
3. Expand Databases
4. Right click the MessageStats database and select New Query
5. Type the following into the query window:
   UPDATE [T_DataSources]
   SET [SQL]='SELECT * FROM V_BB_UsersByGroup WHERE DeletionTime IS NULL'
   WHERE [DataSourceId]=500088
6. Click the Execute button

The SQL command will update MessageStats to filter out removed users from the BlackBerry Users by User Group report
