When looking at the Topology some servers may be missing. These servers are also missing when expanding the Organization name and the site they should be a member of.
Cause
The list of servers in the database is outdated and needs to be refreshed.
Resolution
Open the Spotlight on Messaging Management Console
Right click your Organization name and select Force Discovery Now
Note: If your Health Tests have been configured to run against specific servers and not against the Org or Site, you may need to add any new servers to the test.
