Litespeed installation completes the engine without issues but instance configuration of the statistics database to be used with LiteSpeed fails (either LiteSpeedLocal or LiteSpeedCentral) with the message: Error "Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors"
MDAC components are either not updated or corrupt
1. Download MDAC utility component checker from the link below:

2. Reinstall MDAC components:
Open the folder C:\Windows\inf and locate the file mdac.inf.
Right-click the file mdac.inf and click Install.
