After downloading, click to run the installer exe and immediately prompted with "The exe file is not a valid windows 32 application"
WORKAROUND 1:
Verify file size and compare to the size noted in the Quest download page for that file. If the file size does not match up, then try downloading again.
Make sure you have full privileges for download and there is no limitation or firewall preventing a full download. This may need to be specifically verified with the local Network admin.
Make sure the file is downloaded to a local directory and the install is not running over the network.
WORKAROUND 2:
Right click on file and choose to "Run as Admin".
WORKAROUND 3:
Open a service request with Support and request the installer via an FTP for download.
If it still can't be accessed off FTP it may specifically be a network limitation on the environment and you would need to verify with your network admin, or go off the network (i.e. at home) to download and then manually carry in the install file.
