Trying to open the RMAD 9.0 console results in an Unhandled Exception error -
Description
Trying to open the RMAD Console shortcut from All Programs may result in an "MMC - cannot open the file .\RM-AD.msc" Error.
Trying to open RM-AD.msc from the RMAD installation directory may result in an "Unhandled Exception in Managed code Snap-in - "Could not load file or assembly" error. Dismissing the error results in the Console opening, however the "Backup Agent Management" and "Replication" nodes are missing.

Resolution
This issue has been resolved in 9.0.1 and later.
