When you export a report that contains both a graph and list of records to an Excel file, it may appear that the Excel file is missing some data.
MessageStats exports all the data in the report to Excel but the graph and list data are separated into two separate Excel sheets within the Excel Workbook
At the bottom of the Excel file there will be two or more tabs representing the different data points in the report.
For example, if you generate a Mailbox Sizes report with the Data and Graph Display Option selected, the report will show a graph for the Top Total Mailbox Sizes and a list of mailboxes below the graph. When this report is exported to Excel, two tabs (sheets) are created in the Excel Workbook, Top_Total_Mailbox_Sizes which represents the data in the graph and Total_Mailbox_Sizes_Table which represents the data in the list.
