User "Outside your Dropbox Team" permission is not migrated -
Description
When migrating from DropBox to OneDrive, permissions for a user that exists in the target but is listed as "Outside Your Dropbox Team" in Dropbox are not migrated. -
Cause
This is a known issue for versions of Essentials for Office 365 prior to version 2.3 -
Resolution
Upgrade to Essentials for Office 365 version 2.3 or later.

Ensure that the user mapping file used for migrating permissions includes the user similar to the example below;
- meganb@M365x917159.onmicrosoft.com,meganb@M365x917159.onmicrosoft.com
