Beginning with ER 3.1 a new feature was added to the Database Content Wizard that allows for all configuration of Enterprise Reporter including reports to be exported and saved to be imported into new database/installation. You can Backup, Transfer (to another ER database of the same version) or Restore the Configuration (Clusters, Nodes, Discoveries and Reports).
