How to report on the total number of messages sent, recieved and the total size of the messages o (4234490)

How to report on the total number of messages sent, recieved and the total size of the messages over a period of time

To show the total number of messages sent, recieved and the total size of the message please use the Organizational Traffic report:

1. Open the MesageStats Reports console
2. Expand Organizations
3. Select the Organizational Traffic report
4. For the date click the drop down box and select the filter to specify the date range you would like to report on
5. For the detail level select Summary if you wish to report just the total number of items sent,recieved and the sizes. Select Daily or Hourly to show a more detailed break down of the data
6. Specify the Organization you wish to gather against and click Apply Filters
