After right click | Export Dataset, the export window has limited options that seems to differ from the export option window on another user's computer.
In both situations, the export format selected is the same, but some options are grayed out (like Dataset tab is empty, and option to include select statement is disabled).

There are two ways of running a query in the Editor. Using F5/Run as Script is different from using F9/Run Statement. The Datagrid that is brought up when using F5 has limitations due to the way it runs in the back end, so some options will be grayed out.
The data itself is correct but the export options are different. Run as F9 or access the export dataset window through the schema browser for all options to be enabled.
